Gutter Cleaning in Snohomish & Lake Stevens

I have been a general contractor for over 27 years and I currently manage the construction projects for a Condominium Owner Association and I highly recommend Ryan@Pure Pressure Washing. Our Association consists of 4 buildings that are 2 & 3 stories in height. We hired Pure Pressure Washing to generally clean the exterior of all 4 of our buildings in addition to removing the moss & mold that had built-up, clean out the gutters, wash the exterior of our windows, and pressure wash all the flatwork (sidewalks, drives and retaining walls) throughout our community. Because our siding is in need of replacement, we were very concerned about damaging the siding on our buildings. Ryan explained that in situations like ours, he recommends a “soft” wash approach in which chemical(s) are used to do the heavy cleaning combined with the soft cleaning action of using lower water pressure verses risking damaging our siding that using a traditional “Pressure (power) washing” approach and the use of high-water pressure can cause. To complicate our situation further, our buildings overlook a large pond that backs a green belt; as such, we are under environmental restrictions as to how we clean our buildings and the chemicals we can use. Ryan was able to accommodate our needs by using a bio-friendly solution that did an excellent job of cleaning our buildings. Our buildings look as good as new, as if they just received a fresh coat of paint. After Ryan finished with our project, I received several compliments from several of our home owners, with a couple of the homeowners asking me for Ryan’s contact information so that they could hire him for their own projects. In short, Ryan@Pure Pressure Washing places customer service and customer satisfaction as his top priority, and he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. And that is why I went into such detail for this review, and is why we have added Ryan and his company to our preferred vendor list.

Ryan does a great job. He is very meticulous and his pricing is fair. Will definitely be my first call for pressure washing, roof and window cleaning.

Can't say enough good things about Ryan @ Pure Pressure Washing. We wanted to get the moss off our roof, gutters cleaned and windows washed. Pure Pressure Wash came out to my house and pressure washed/cleaned my patio, hot tub and pad, and driveway (both asphalt and concrete portions). Ryan was kind, professional, and did excellent work, including removing stains I had previously been unable to clean. I was also able to get an appointment quickly, which was appreciated.
